I’m a recovering work-too-hard perfectionist.⠀
For many years I kept feeling this nagging sense of “missing” something. Like a plane circling the airport, but I couldn’t quite land. I tried different jobs and programs and systems.. You see, sweet momma, it’s not just about WHAT you do. It’s more about how you’re BEING when you do it. You can change professions all day long, but it’s not going to have the effect on your happiness level that you you think it will unless you 100% take a minute to evaluate how you’re approaching your goals.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You MUST be willing to take an honest look at your habits, beliefs, emotions & relationships to see where you’re stuck and start to recognize where patterns keep repeating.

With a willingness to see things clearly, to truly uncover the seeds of self-neglect, unhelpful beliefs and try-to-hardness–unconscious patterns of behavior, you’ll eventually begin to shift your limited perception and see what’s REALLY holding you back AND realize what you’re REALLY capable of.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
